These terms govern your use of the Onyva Coloring Studio, operated by [Company legal name] ("Onyva", "we").

1. The service

Onyva lets adults (parents and guardians) create AI-generated, printable coloring pages and books featuring Onyva's original characters.

2. Accounts

  • You must be an adult to create an account. Children may color pages but should not use the service on their own.
  • Keep your login details secure; you're responsible for activity on your account.
  • One person per account. Don't create accounts to get extra free pages.

3. Purchases and credits

The Free plan includes 5 page generations. The Book Pack is a one-time purchase that adds 12 page generations and one print-ready book PDF download. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and don't expire while your account is active. Prices are in USD; taxes are calculated at checkout. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

4. AI-generated content

Pages are created by artificial intelligence. Results vary and may not exactly match your description. Each generation uses a credit even if you'd like a different result, except in case of technical failure.

5. License

You may print and use your generated pages for personal, non-commercial purposes (home, family, classroom). You may not sell, resell, or commercially distribute them. Onyva characters, logo, and covers remain the property of Onyva.

6. Acceptable use

Don't submit prompts that are harmful, sexual, violent, scary, hateful, or that infringe others' rights — including real people, celebrities, brands, or copyrighted characters.

7. Content moderation

We may automatically block prompts, refuse generations, remove content, or suspend accounts that break these terms.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the service available but don't guarantee uninterrupted access and may change or discontinue features.

9. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Onyva is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
